This Code of Conduct describes the standards of ethical, professional, and lawful conduct expected when using the Triggant CRM platform (“Platform”). All users must comply; violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
Act ethically, professionally, and respectfully toward others.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Use the Platform solely for legitimate business purposes.
Respect intellectual property rights and data privacy obligations.
a. Illegal or Unlawful Activities
Fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized financial transactions.
Activities that violate local, national, or international law.
b. Harmful, Offensive, or Inappropriate Content
Sharing sexually explicit, discriminatory, hateful, violent, or abusive material.
Posting content that promotes harassment, threats, or discrimination.
c. Unsolicited Messaging and Spam
Sending unsolicited bulk messages without proper consent.
Phishing, deceptive marketing, or manipulative campaigns.
d. Security Violations
Attempting unauthorized access to another user’s account or data.
Circumventing security measures or exploiting vulnerabilities.
e. Intellectual Property Infringement
Using copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary content without permission.
Treat others with dignity and respect, regardless of race, nationality, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or political belief.
Avoid discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior.
Promote a collaborative and positive platform environment.
Handle personal and customer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Not collect, store, or use personal data in violation of data protection regulations.
Respect confidentiality and avoid unauthorized data sharing.
Report the issue promptly to Triggant via support or the contact email listed below.
Triggant will investigate reports and may take action, including warnings, suspension, or account termination.
Temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Removal of content or data.
Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required.
Triggant may update this Code of Conduct at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Platform or via email.
