TRIGGANT LLC ("TRIGGANT," "we," "us," or "our"), a CRM, AI, and Automation Solutions company registered in the United Arab Emirates, is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "UAE Data Protection Law"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your Personal Data when you access our website at www.triggant.com, use our CRM, AI, and automation platforms (collectively, the "Platform"), or interact with us through electronic communications.
By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the Platform. We may update this Privacy Policy periodically, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of those updates. Please review this policy regularly.
This Privacy Policy is governed by TRIGGANT’s Terms of Service, which further describe the Platform and Services.
TRIGGANT collects two types of data:
Personal Data and Non-Personal Data (collectively, "Data").
Personal Data: Information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, employer, job title, or billing information, as defined under Article 1 of the UAE Data Protection Law.
Non-Personal Data: Anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you, such as browsing patterns or usage statistics.
We collect Data:
Directly from you: When you create an account, subscribe to services, request support, attend TRIGGANT events, or provide information via forms or communications. If you submit Personal Data about others, you confirm you have their consent or legal authority to do so.
From third parties: We may receive Data from partners, vendors, or platforms (e.g., marketing agencies, social media platforms, or event organizers) with your consent or where legally permitted under UAE law.
Automatically: Through cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies as you navigate the Platform. See our Cookies Policy for details on managing cookies and tracking preferences.
We use Personal Data for the following purposes, in compliance with Article 4 of the UAE Data Protection Law:
Platform Functionality and Development: To provide, personalize, and improve our CRM, AI, and automation services. This includes using IP addresses for connectivity, usage analytics, and security, as well as enhancing Platform features with AI tools. We do not use Personal Data to train generalized AI or machine learning models without explicit consent.
Customer Support and Updates: To respond to inquiries, provide updates, and ensure the Platform operates effectively. This includes system checks for security and functionality.
Business Operations: For accounting, auditing, billing, fraud prevention, and fulfilling contractual obligations, as permitted under UAE law.
Communication: To send service-related messages (e.g., security updates, subscription changes) and, with your consent, marketing materials like newsletters or event invitations.
Advertising and Marketing: To deliver personalized content and measure campaign effectiveness, subject to your preferences. You may opt out of location-based services, though this may limit personalized features.Statistical Analysis: To compile usage reports and improve the Platform experience, ensuring data is anonymized where required.
Legal Basis for Processing:
Consent: Where you explicitly agree (e.g., for marketing communications).
Contractual Necessity: To fulfill agreements, such as providing Platform services.
Legitimate Interests: For purposes like fraud prevention, Platform improvement, or administrative tasks, provided your rights are not overridden.
Legal Obligation: To comply with UAE laws, including data retention requirements.
We will notify you if Personal Data collection is mandatory and explain the consequences of not providing it.
We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or to comply with UAE legal, regulatory, or tax requirements (e.g., under Federal Law No. 7/2008 on Tax Procedures). Retention periods depend on the data’s nature, sensitivity, and purpose. You may request deletion of your Personal Data (see Section 9), subject to legal retention obligations. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes.
TRIGGANT implements technical, organizational, and administrative measures to safeguard Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, as required by Article 20 of the UAE Data Protection Law. These include encryption, access controls, and secure data storage within the UAE, in compliance with data localization requirements. We require our vendors to apply similar protections. However, no system is 100% secure. If you suspect a security breach (e.g., compromised account), contact us immediately (see Section 12).
We share Personal Data only as permitted by UAE law and with appropriate safeguards:
Affiliates and Subsidiaries: For purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Vendors and Partners: With authorized providers (e.g., for hosting, analytics, or customer support) under contracts ensuring data protection.
Marketing Partners: For personalized advertising, subject to your consent. You may opt out via device settings or contact us.
Social Media and Third-Party Services: If you connect your social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Google) to the Platform, data sharing is governed by those platforms’ policies. For example, Google API data use complies with Google’s Limited Use requirements.
Legal Requirements: To comply with UAE laws, court orders, or public authority requests (e.g., under Federal Law No. 3/2016 on Cybercrime).
Business Transactions: In case of mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, with safeguards for your data.
With Consent: Where you explicitly agree to data sharing.
We do not sell Personal Data or share phone numbers.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 21, as per UAE legal standards for minors in commercial contexts. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly. Contact us if you believe we have collected a minor’s data (see Section 12).
The Platform may link to third-party websites or services not operated by TRIGGANT. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing data.
Under the UAE Data Protection Law, you have the following rights, subject to legal exceptions:
Access: Request details of your Personal Data we hold.
Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to retention obligations.
Restriction: Limit how we process your data.
Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests (e.g., marketing).
Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Withdraw Consent: Revoke consent for processing, without affecting prior lawful processing.
To exercise these rights, contact us (see Section 12). We may verify your identity and respond within 30 days, as required by Article 15 of the UAE Data Protection Law. If we deny your request, we will explain why. You may lodge complaints with the UAE Data Office ([email protected]) if you believe we have violated your rights.
TRIGGANT is headquartered in the UAE but may transfer Personal Data to affiliates or vendors outside the UAE (e.g., for cloud storage or analytics). We ensure compliance with Article 23 of the UAE Data Protection Law, using mechanisms like Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions by the UAE Data Office. Data transfers to jurisdictions without adequate protection require your consent or other legal safeguards.
TRIGGANT complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 and related regulations, including:
Data Localization: Personal Data is primarily stored in the UAE, unless transferred with legal safeguards.
Sharia Principles: Processing respects cultural and religious sensitivities, as required by UAE law.
Data Breach Notification: We notify the UAE Data Office and affected individuals of breaches within 72 hours, per Article 22.
