Use the platform for phishing, scamming, or deceptive practices.

Engage in misleading advertising or manipulate user data.

d. Intellectual Property Violations

Use copyrighted materials without permission.

Infringe trademarks, patents, or proprietary content.

e. Unauthorized Access and Security Violations

Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization.

Circumvent security measures, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with platform functionality.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

Do not collect or use personal data in violation of privacy laws.

Handle customer and third-party data responsibly and securely.

4. Compliance and Reporting

Users must promptly report any violations or suspicious activity to Triggant CRM.

We reserve the right to investigate reported activities and take appropriate action.

5. Consequences of Violations

Violating this Code of Conduct may result in:

Temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Removal of content or data from the platform.

Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if applicable.

6. Modifications

Triggant CRM may update this Code of Conduct at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or via email.
